I really hope you got some sleep and that you have a good day. And, no. Dont listen to those people. I understand its easier said than done, but try. Try to not make them ruin your day. Take care of yourself, dear. Remember to get enough sleep, fresh air, water and food. Be kind to yourself. I really wish I could help you somehow. But getting enough sleep is really important. And stay hydrated ! Remember to relax when you get home from work. I dont know if the people that said shitty things are your co-workers, but if they are; maybe you can talk to your boss about it? And dont push yourself to hard. If things doesn’t work out maybe you should find another job? You mental health is just as important as your physical health. You can get through this somehow. I know you can. But remember to listen to your body. If you cant take this anymore; thats okay. Take a break. Find a better job. Talk to friends and do something you like and enjoy.
